ICTHC 2011 - Reserach/E-posters Paper Registration

The registration phase begins , only after  your paper is peer reviewed and  accepted  for its content and the author is informed of the same . You shall have to complete the following FOUR steps in connection with the registration.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the proceedings. All the students who are coming for the presentation, shall produce the original Student ID card and also the Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the Institution stating that they are full time students of the dental course. Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form, which is in PDF format and uploaded later in this space. Send your completed copyrights forms to the following email ID only icthc.chair @ theides.org

NOTE: You may either electronically sign the PDF Copyright form or Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and have it sent to the email id specified.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the double column standard ACEEE format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. The failure of the compliance will result in the rejection of the paper. The ACEEE double column template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted).

Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to icthc.register AT theides.org
